Martin Mbugua   – Managing Director

Martin is currently pursuing a PHD in Strategic Management at JKUAT and is an MBA graduate (Strategic Management) from USIU and holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Statistics) from Kenyatta University and a PGD (Actuarial Science) Nairobi University. He is a trained Six Sigma Expert with a Green Belt.

He has a rich experience having been involved in various consultancy assignments in various capacities such as; Design, review and termination of strategic plans for Legal Resources Foundation, Community Aid International, Groots Kenya, Medsys (EA) Ltd amongst others; Capacity building programs in Government institutions such as Ministry of Finance, Public Finance & Management Reforms Secretariat in programs such as; Team Building, Personal Performance Strategy, Performance Appraisal & Contracting, Project Management, Annual Work Plans among others. He has Designed, development and implement numerous consultancy products and other consultancy assignments for major organization both in public and private sector. He has wide experience on small enterprise development, library systems and records management, project management, monitoring and evaluation, policy research & analysis, institutional development, organizational restructuring, process re-engineering, strategic planning, implementation, evaluation and termination, feasibility studies and socio-economic research.

Previously, Martin has worked with GSK, a pharmaceutical multinational as the Head of Supplies & Logistics for over eight years where he acquired wide exposure in Supply Chain Management. He also has wide experience in project management having been involved in various electrification projects in the country through Mac-J International Ltd[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
